The members and I were extremely satisfied with the training. The training team that was assembled to instruct us was second to none. I watched every member become more comfortable and confident from one jump to the next. I am a Houston Firefighter and I just ordered the Gemtor harness class II for use at my job. I watched the informative video on the AllHandsFire YouTube channel and I decided I HAD to have it for my personal safety and also to make my job easier. I didn’t think it could have been used for drags as well, but I suppose I wasn’t thinking outside of the box. Anyhow, I enjoyed the short video and it was enough to convince me I couldn’t wait for my department to issue and train. So as I stated I purchased right away. I would also like to purchase any training videos if they are available. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Our fire company recently took part in a Petzl EXO – End User Course (for Personal Safety Systems) when we requalified 16 members and introduced it to 8 new members. All Hands Fire Equipment supplied our new members with the Gemtor 541NYC Harnesses and Petzl EXO’s. as far as authorized training, All Hands Fire, in cooperation with FDT, did a great job training and challenging each of us. Jim was the lead instructor, and the lecture materials were relevant and useful. The instructors on a practical day were focused, experienced, and took the time to ensure each participant was well-prepared and critiqued for each evolution. Not surprisingly, by the end of the course, everyone indicated they were competent and comfortable with the equipment and their skills should the need arise to deploy. I highly recommend All Hands Fire for all of your escape system needs.
