Mike's wealth of knowledge and ability to deliver the information in a "2+2 = 4" way is immeasurable. You can also sense he has a love and passion for the fire service through his delivery of the information. I had a mix of some very experienced personnel from every rank that were impressed and grateful for the opportunity. We cannot wait to get this information out to our entire department. As a guy with 25 years in this department and that has been living in my west Baltimore bubble, I can say that was one of the best classes I have ever had.
