COURSE OVERVIEW

Operate within Joint Hazard Analysis Teams to manage chemical, radiological, industrial, and unknown hazards in complex, multi-agency environments. Students analyze incomplete or conflicting data, interpret PRDs, multi-gas meters, PIDs, and thermal imaging, and practice risk-based decision-making. Through tabletop and scenario exercises, they align with law enforcement, fire, EMS, and facility teams to protect responders and the public under dynamic conditions.

This course satisfies the following requirements: OSHA 1910.120; NFPA 45, 400, 470, 472, 473, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1999; ISO 17840-1:2022
