COURSE OVERVIEW
Learn to interpret laser methane readings in real-world scenarios, including leak surveys, confined spaces, post-incident investigations, and large-area screening. Students evaluate beam path, environmental factors, and interference, integrate LMD with other detection tools, and practice risk-based go/no-go decisions. Hands-on exercises emphasize scanning technique, limitations, and operational judgment to ensure safe, informed decisions beyond relying solely on the technology.
